The correct installation and use of nylon pipes need to follow certain principles, and need to pay attention to some matters.

Points to note when installing and using nylon tubing:
When using nylon tubing, if the working environment temperature is too high, it may affect the working pressure and even damage the nylon tubing.
Do not apply tension or twisting force on the nylon tube, otherwise the nylon tube may break, separate and be damaged.
For water or heating medium oil, please use heat-resistant water pipe, otherwise it may age and cause cracks.
Do not rub or twist the nylon tube, otherwise it may break the nylon tube.

Please use nylon tubing above a smaller bending radius.
Sufficient margin should be left to allow the length of the pipeline.
If the nylon tube has been watered, use an intubation tube. If the cannula is not used, the nylon tube may fall off.
When using nylon tubing, if there is chemical gas in the working environment, it may cause the nylon tubing to rupture.
When installing the nylon tube on the quick connector, the cross section of the nylon tube should be vertical, and the outer circumference of the nylon tube should not be scratched or oval.
Nylon pipe drilling: Use a drill with an outer diameter less than or equal to 1/3 of the rod diameter to drill at a drilling angle of 90-110° and a speed of less than 400r/min. The drill bit must be withdrawn in time and cooled with water or saponified oil. Then continue to drill or ream in accordance with the above operating procedures. Attention should also be paid to aluminum ducts and heat-insulating sheaths.
Pay attention to the points that must be paid attention to in the installation and use of the nylon tube, because if these attention is not enough, they may cause damage and rupture of the nylon tube, and cause safety hazards.
